Through her NGO, REYG, the Epe-born changemaker motivates students and honors academic excellence at Okemagba Schools.

In a heartwarming return to her roots, Miss Olukoya Victoria, the visionary CEO of Victoria Creativity Home (VCH) and founder of the NGO Rewarding Excellence in the Younger Generation (REYG), paid a remarkable visit to Okemagba Junior and Senior High Schools in Epe Local Government Area, Lagos State.

This impactful outreach was more than just a school visit—it was a powerful homecoming. As an indigene of the Ibonwon community in Epe and grandniece to the founding father of the Okemagba schools, Miss Olukoya’s connection runs deep. Her father also attended Okemagba Senior High School, making the initiative a symbolic gesture of legacy and gratitude.

A Mission to Uplift and Inspire

Miss Olukoya’s visit forms part of her broader outreach mission under REYG, through which she has reached nine public secondary schools—eight in Lagos State and one in Ogun State. Okemagba Junior and Senior High Schools made it a total of eleven schools reached. Her vision is clear: to reward academic excellence and motivate young mind, especially in underserved communities.

Speaking to a captivated audience of students, she delivered a powerful message:

> “Attending a public school is not a limitation. Your background does not define your future—your mindset and determination do.”

She encouraged all students to aim high, dream big, and never settle for mediocrity. Emphasizing the potential of young girls in particular, Miss Olukoya reminded them that they are not "the weaker vessel" as often perceived, but strong, capable, and destined for greatness.

She also shared her own journey—her educational struggles, victories, and the determination that led her to where she is today.
