This vibrant event was designed to foster unity and togetherness, allowing neighbors to appreciate one another while embracing the festive spirit of the yuletide season, even amid the challenging economic landscape. Alhaji Sikiru Musa, who played a pivotal role in the event, expressed his gratitude to the organizers and committee members who worked tirelessly to make the carnival a memorable success. By Oluwaseunayofunmi Teslim   It was a great and eventful day as the VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND SKILLS ACQUISITION CENTRE IGBOOYE CELEBRATES SAC day and exhibition The vocational skills acquisition centre which was in 2007 by the Lagos State Government under the Ministry of women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA) in order to empower, fostering skills development and personal growth among women and youths.   The Skills Acquisition Centre Day (SAC Day) is an annual event aimed at showcasing products from the centre, exhibiting and educating women and youths on the importance of vocational training. The 2nd edition was held on Wednesday 4th of December 2024, at the school premises at Igbooye, Epe, Lagos and saw participation from the neighbouring towns like Ilara, Ibonwon Odo-ragindin, Mojoda to mention few.
