By Ojo Mary
It was a bright Friday morning in Eredo LCDA on 15th August 2025, and the community square buzzed with quiet anticipation. Among the crowd was Mama Taye, a widow and small trader who had been struggling to keep her business afloat. For her, this day would not just be another gathering—it would become a turning point.Mama Taye, along with 49 other beneficiaries, received a ₦10,000 support token from the Epe Frontiers in Eredo, led by Hon. Sabiu Adelaja under the distinguished leadership of Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu, The Apase of Epe Land. For some, it meant food on the table. For others, a chance to restart a small trade. For all, it was a reminder that they were not forgotten.
Words that Inspired Hope
While addressing the gathering, Hon. Sabiu Adelaja commended Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu for his consistent kindness and selfless leadership. He assured residents that this was only the beginning, with more developmental and life-changing programs set to roll out soon under the Epe Frontiers, Eredo LCDA Caucus.
The General Coordinator of Epe Frontiers in Epe Federal Constituency, Hon. Shakiru Adebanjo Johnbull, described the initiative as “a true reflection of generosity and selflessness.” He emphasized that the program was not just about money, but about restoring hope and strengthening the bond between leaders and the grassroots.

More Than Just Giving
As the beneficiaries left with smiles and renewed hope, one thing became clear: this outreach was not merely about financial aid. It was about compassionate leadership—the kind that touches lives directly and leaves lasting impact.
The Epe Frontiers, through this initiative, have shown that when leadership meets compassion, communities thrive, and lives are transformed. Their gesture has sown seeds of hope that will continue to grow long after the day’s event.
