Nestlé Milo Inspires Young Minds at St. Paul’s Anglican and LG Primary Schools in Igbooye, Eredo, Epe

Pupils of St. Paul’s Anglican Primary School and LG Primary School, Igbooye in Eredo Local Council Development Area of Epe, Lagos State, on Monday benefited from an educational and health awareness visit by the Nestlé Milo team.

The outreach programme, which took place on Monday, March 16, 2026, focused on educating young pupils about the importance of healthy nutrition, physical fitness, and determination in achieving success in life.

The Nestlé Milo team arrived at the school premises at about 8:00 a.m., while the pupils were gathered on the assembly ground for their morning assembly. The team came along with their products and engaged the pupils immediately after the assembly.
During the interactive session, the Nestlé representatives educated the pupils on the importance of eating breakfast before coming to school. According to the team, a good breakfast helps improve mental alertness, concentration, and overall academic performance, while also providing the necessary energy for daily school activities.

The facilitators also encouraged the pupils to remain determined and focused in their academic pursuits, stressing that dedication, discipline, and hard work are key ingredients to achieving greatness in life.

In addition to the health talk, the Nestlé Milo team emphasized the importance of regular physical exercise for maintaining good health. The pupils were introduced to basic fitness exercises, and the team also demonstrated simple basketball skills and drills, which the pupils enthusiastically participated in.

The sporting activities created an atmosphere of excitement among the pupils as they actively engaged in the demonstrations and exercises.


At the end of the programme, cups of Milo drink were distributed to all pupils and teachers present at the event, bringing the health awareness session to a memorable close.

The outreach programme was well received by both the pupils and the school staff, who appreciated the Nestlé Milo team for bringing a valuable educational and health-oriented initiative to the schools.

The visit forms part of Nestlé Milo’s ongoing efforts to promote healthy living, active lifestyles, and proper nutrition among school children across Nigeria.
