The Concerned Nation Builders Initiative (CNI) has made an urgent call to the Federal Government, urging a dedicated focus on critical socioeconomic issues to restore hope and enhance the lives of Nigerians by 2025.

In an interview with the correspondent of Okemagba News in Epe on Thursday, Prince Ladi Kassim, the Welfare Director of CNI, highlighted the necessity for actionable steps to address the nation’s most pressing challenges.

“Nigerians are yearning for renewed hope, which hinges on a stable economy, improved infrastructure, security, quality healthcare, and accessible roads. These elements are fundamental to good governance," Kassim emphasized.

He specifically urged the government to prioritize the rehabilitation of crumbling roads and establish safe transportation systems throughout the country.

Addressing the nation's myriad security challenges is also paramount, along with ensuring citizens have access to clean water, food security, and functioning healthcare systems.

“Many communities across Nigeria still lack access to clean water, exposing residents to waterborne diseases. The government must act decisively to closes these gaps,” he stressed.

Prince Kassim called on all levels of government to implement policies and initiatives designed to significantly improve the well-being of Nigerians, especially those in underserved rural areas.

"A nation cannot prosper when its citizens are deprived of life's basic essentials," he added.

He concluded with a powerful appeal for the federal government to make 2025 a transformational year, signifying renewed confidence in national leadership and development.
